Today we all brought our work in and started to prepare our studio into an Exhibition room.
It was amazing all the process of thinking about the display around the room, trying to figure it out where was the best spot for each core workshop, finding the best composition of the room in general, and also trying to show all the works together in the best way possible!
We divided the room into little spaces, each one with a different area, as “sketchbooks”, “fanzines”, “A1 drawings”, ” Mark making”, “Typography”, “Letterpress”, etc.
This was a great opportunity to see everyone’s work, how everyone are doing.
There’s some pictures of today’s session in the studio.
It is important to learn how to setup your work, in a way that people will appreciate it, and understanding as well.
Always put your name on it, so when people come in to see your exhibition, can see all of your development and the process that your work went through.
